Click to Activate and use this control

Hi,

Recently, any in-browser video or textbox that I try to use I have to click it to activate it. When, I hover over the box or video the border becomes gray and the mouse has a little text box that says "Click to Activate this window". Its not really an extra step from before it happened but it irritates me.

Anyone know how to get rid of it. I can get a screen shot if needed

So everyone is experiancing this problem? Man, that is just so irritating. Like I said its not really an extra step but I hate hovering over something and seeing the message and the border.

Well, at least its not some spyware type stuff that I cant get rid of.

I tried FF for a short while and didnt really get anything out of it that I dont get out of IE. I think the only advantage I found was the tabbing but I rarely have many Internet windows open at one time anyways.
