just got back into folding on my GPU's and i don't know what client type to use on my GPU's some peeps on the internet say beta some say advance
Client type on folding GTX 780's , beta or advance ?

Beta is for beta testers, which basically means if you need help its hard to get if you aren't one.
Otherwise not *that* much difference, and it fluctuates, with beta you could also get slower performing WU's
On the other hand its not that hard to become a beta tester, the details are in the beta forum.

Either at the moment. Both will get the zeta core wu's.
