Clifton Cameras, any experience?

Hey guys, any of you had any experience using Clifton Cameras?

Looking to order something online, just wanna make sure it's a good retailer.

Looked at some reviews online and everything seems to check out, just wanna see what the ocuk guys think as you never know with false reviews etc

I order online and pick up from the store. I find them pretty good and haven't ever had a problem, I haven't had the need to test their customer service for returns or anything like that yet..

Hello mate, I ordered an x100 from there not so long ago, email response to my initial query was prompt, delivery was next day as described, 2 year warranty included, no complaints here, fantastic service.

I've not had a particularly good first dealing with them.

I placed an order with them at 9:50am this morning. It gets to around 5PM and I still haven't received a dispatch email. So I have just called them up and it seems (from the sounds of it) my order has been forgotten about and it has missed today's delivery! The guy apologised and told me the delivery will now be for Monday.

I asked about a Saturday delivery but due to the order being a high value order it's cost £35 to be delivered on Saturday.

Really not impressed.

I've swallowed the £35 delivery fee but I'm going to write a letter of complaint.

Should've given them a call after ordering, they're not a huge shop. I think they only get stuff out the same day if they are able to process the order before midday.
