Climate prediction + SETI enhanced

Hi - anyone running climate prediction? I've had 3 units fail: client error. Got to 49% on one don't know why it fell over. Anyone completed the BBC WU.
I'm not that impressed with SETI enhanced either loads of download errors, WU take up to 6 hours for 62 points or less. Had one unit run for 9 hours! It had stopped due to error but was still reported as running in BOINC

Any thoughts helpful or otherwise would be appreciated.

there was a thread a while ago saying that the BBC units had something wrong with them and were pulled - they should have been replaced with fixed ones

i'll have a look around and see if I can find the thread


i tried climate prediction a long while ago - on the machine i had then it took about 3 weeks running 24/7 which was a bit too long for my liking

Hi - I did read that myself & checked the WU I was running hadcm3. These weren't supposed to have the problem with the SO2 part of the model.
It's rather frustrating after 6+ weeks of 24/7 to have the WU fallover saying "Too many errors too many results".
