I have two iPhones (personal & work), an iPad, work MacBook Pro and a personal MacBook Pro.

Handoff for Safari works perfectly fine for all of them. As does all other aspects of iCloud.

Copy and paste/clipboard handoff does not work with my personal MacBook. All other devices are fine. I've disabled and enabled Handoff on every device, I've signed out and in to iCloud on every device, restarted multiple times. My MacBook recently had a logic board change and has a new serial number, due to the drive being soldered on it also had a full TimeMachine restore. About the only thing I've tried is a complete wipe and start fresh with the OS.

Before I do that, is there something else worth trying? It's doing my head in as I use it a surprising amount.

I've found with things like this if the usual Google-fu/troubleshooting doesn't work then trying Apple support can be a possible route.
Yeah that's what I'm going to do next, they recently fixed a separate iCloud+ related issue for me after it was logged with engineering.

I finally got onto Apple support today. They had me create a new user account on the Mac, and then sign into iCloud with that account and try it. It worked!

Most of my stuff bar a few applications are in the Cloud so I decided just to do a full reset on the Mac and started from scratch, all working now thankfully.
