Clock in W10 task bar only updates when hover pointer over it

Hi guys.

Anyone ever seen this strange one. My system clock on my task bar only changes or updates when I hover my mouse pointer over it. I don't click anything, just move my mouse over it. This is on Windows 10 btw.

Open up your task manager, kill explore.exe and then re-open explorer.exe.

retest.

Thanks, will try that tomorrow and report back.
