Hey all

I've just put my new Arctic Freezer in, after an RMA. I turned it on, and there was a cable stuck in the fan so i had to power down whilst it was posting. When it turned back on the bios had reset because it said it wasn't shut down properly. So i had to put all of my clocks back to what they were to get 2.8Ghz.

I've put the FSB to 260, HTT 3x, 333mhz Ram divider.

When it boots it just BSOD's and i have to restart. What has changed?

You will have to go through the entire Bios and reseet everything, it usually takes more than just resetting the HTT. You will probably have to increase you volts for Cpu/chipset/memory.

it would have to be an outragoes mount but as he can get into the bios it cant be that, id say that he needs more than stock volts to get his previous clock.
Benjo, have reset the whole thing back to stock and tried booting?

Guys, sorted it. 2.8 is stable again. Simple mistake though, should have been 255FSB and not 260 :p Thanks for the help anyway guys. And it is on stock volts ;)
