clock light

The clock on my car no longer lights up. Is changing the backlight for the clock an easy task? My car is a mitsubishi carisma 1.6 glxi 1998 model. Does anyone know how to do this?

It mite not be the clock backlight mine went off because the fuse for the cigarette lighter had blown, put that in and it worked fine agen.

The light for my clock went on my Clio. Went to halfords and got a replacement blub. They are all generic I believe. It was just a matter of taking off the dashing.
