Im going to clock up a HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon 9550 128MB using an arctic cooler because it will be in a media case so the hot air needs to be removed from the case.

Will I need RAM sinks because this card doesnt have GDDR3 which runs rather cool or do you think ill be able to get away with it?

ram sinks not necessary on that card, they would get a few more mhz on the ram though with sinks on them.

the gpu itself can clock lots more, the 9550 cards are just underclocked 9600 cards, most people managed to bump core speed up by a minimum of 100mhz over stock.
