Clocking the E2180 - theory?

Hi, I'm an overclocker but have been out of the scene for a bit. I'm speccing a PC for a mate (and his g/f) and have been told about the E2180. Is the theory just to increase the FSB from 200 to 333 (to go from FSB800 to FSB1333) (or similar increment) to get this little 2 gig chip up to close to 3gig?

If doing this, do I need to be careful about what Ram I buy, or will PC2-6400 be ok?
