Im trying to get my E8400 up to 4ghz, the first issue is that my multiplier keeps going down to x6. Im at 4Ghz now, vcore is 1.352 and dram voltage is 2.1. I tried prime but it just froze after 5 minutes, NB is at 1.4, anything else i can try.
With the changing multiplier issue i have speedstep and C1E disabled.
