Cloning a small SSD to a larger SSD

Hi guys.

I'm currently using a 250GB SSD and I've just bought a 750GB SSD.

What is the best free easy software to use to get all my data/files/OS off one SSD onto my newer bigger one please?

Am right in saying i connect them both up go onto my small SSD and then it's as simple as hitting a clone button to new partition?

Any help would be great. Thank you

Thanks for the input. Do i literally hook them both up and I'm guessing it's step by step cloning?
