Cloning Software HDD to SSD

I have been using the Kingston SSD now software to clone Hard Drives onto SSD's without the need to boot into Windows. Recently, some of the more modern Pc's I've attempted to clone, will not work with SSD now and the utilities on Hirens Boot disc wont work either.

Does anyone have a recommendation for some up to date software, similar to SSD now, that will work outside of a windows environment (i.e via Boot CD)?
