I think my White Siberia's (V1...) are getting on a bit now so could do with a new headset to go with the new system.

Recommendations for closed headphones please - around the same price ~£70 or so.

Would like a new pair of Siberia's but don't know how they stack up against other headsets such as the G430 as I hear they're highly rated.

I'm in a similar situation, I went from my original Siberia v2's to Koss Porta Pro's.

I've whittled it down to the Hyper X and these.

Both seem to have excellent reviews. Leaning more towards the Hyper X based on the glowing recommendations in other threads.
 
Yeah I'm very inclined to get them in, but now you've just added 'those' to my list!

I'm thoroughly watching/reading reviews on all concerned - which doesn't seem to even help narrow down lol. Bloody nightmare!
 
Go for the Hyper X they are great :)

Although Im thinking about trying the new Siberia v3's

The thing that's putting me off the Siberia's is the leather ear pads/cups - the V1's (which I've still got + use :D) have the.. don't know what type of material it is, but it's not leather/pleather. I don't think I'd get any headset with leather for fairly obvious reasons in that they aren't breathable.

HyperX Clouds and G430's are still the two main contenders for me for now. Those Plantronics are still a fair shout too.
