Closing a DVD session manually?

Hi,
I recently recorded some DVDs using a Sony DVD Recorder at home to take out to the US with me, but I am unable to play them due to the discs not being closed.
Does anyone know how I can close them manually using my PC in the US?

I'm pretty sure Nero has an option to close sessions on a CD or DVD
