Closing down sale - Lind Norwich tomorrow

I don't live near. But in case this is useful to someone nearer, I received an email saying that Lind Norwich is closing down and they are having a sale tomorrow.

As much as I like the discounts, I just couldn't bring myself to go to one of these places. It'll be rammed with people, everything will be sold out in seconds, and it'll feel like picking the meat off a carcass like a scavenger. My wife did the whole "we need to go to Wilko and scoop up some savings" thing when they went under, I felt horrible walking amongst the staff knowing they'd be without an income in the near future.

I might be overthinking this though.

I knew a couple of the folks there and it's been written on the wall for the last few years that things weren't going so well. My friends got out over a year ago including the manager. Shame but hey ho, the manufacturer distribution numbers got too much which is a the case it seems for a lot of dealers and independents.

Yup.

All these closing down sales are the same, only the absolute tat will be heavily discounted.
