small business as in 1 - 4 PC's storing stuff in my docs...

no one bothers to back anything up no matter how many times I tell them, and I jsut cannot trust acronis to "jsut work"

dropbox looks like a good option is there anything else people are using?

how does dropbox deal with say a 4gb PST file, does it block back up the files or would it want to try and back up the 4gb very day (obviously it will need outlook closed to work)

ta for any advice / info

My company uses some software called CrashPlan Pro. It does incremental backups and can be made to force itself to run and restart if stopped (so employees can't kill the process).

I was just about to suggest CrashPlan - it's designed specifically for backup rather than syncing across multiple systems, and it uses client-side encryption (unlike Dropbox), which is probably even more important for business use.
