Hi Chaps

I'm looking to consolidate systems such as IT help desk (ticketing), remote control software and network / server monitoring. Does anyone know of any cloud based solutions that will fit the bill?

Hi

Yes, it is a lot of stuff to cram into one package really. However, I did come across a system called Kaseya, which ticked all of the boxes. I just wanted to see other systems to compare features really.

I'll have a look at those suggestions in the meantime, thanks!

No I haven't gotten that far yet. What do you class as not cheap? Should I sit down first?
