Evening,

I currently use OneDrive, but I'm looking for alternatives..

I want to do what I see as a fairly simple thing, have it run as a Service when no user is logged into the machine.. even better if it could then operate for multiple accounts.

What do you use? Can it do the above?

Ever since onedrive cut my storage that then exceeded their free quota, I currently have a cloud NAS drive at home plugged straight into the router.

Apart from the initial outlay I have complete comfort that all of data is stored privately in my local NAS and won't ever exceed my limit without advanced warning.

Can access files externally if I so wish, or simply can remove this option.

My wife and my phone auto syncs new photos upon reconnection to my WiFi from our phones i.e. When we return home via an android app sweethome!.

The NAS drive auto syncs new files to an external pocket drive via USB that's encrypted. I then have a copy I also take in my car so have 2 copies of everything at home and a portable drive I take with me.

No upload adsl speeds to worry about either.
