Cloud Sync for Synology

I want to try and get my dads cloud sync working again on a Synology NAS box, it was using one drive. but it kept having sync issues and even would double on files or just stop for no reason. had endless support with synology to try and correct it, and finally i gave up and at the moment its just local backups..to an external USB. short of putting desktop pc in as a server, does Amazon Cloud work any better is the NAS drive itself not great at syncing. I would add this is also running on an ADSL2 line, but this shouldnt be an issue (i can do the initial sync on my fibre).

Mine has been great on one drive for years now.The doubling up might be to do with sync direction: upload local changes only.

does it make a difference if the PCs are one drive for business, I havent looked at them for about 6 months so i cant remember the exact setup

Would not of thought so mine are not business though just what i have on my main email account.
