Why would the water in a loop be cloudy after a week?

Im thinking it could be flux from a thermochill rad contain water soluble flux?

Im only using distilled water and a silver bar.

could be air getting in , this can make the pipes look cloudy.

its not the tubing its the actual water

I don't think Air will cause your pipes or water to go cloudy. If you think about it your Res contains some Air and this does not effect your pipes or water.

Its the flux

ThermoChill rads are renowned for their flux, had the same problem myself.
Drop the distilled water out of the loop & refill
