Its been about 2 months since I fitted my water cooling set-up in my two rigs, I’ve noticed both set-ups have an increasing opacity within the tubing, my main rig with it ClearFlex 60 tubing has serious white build-up on the inside walls, squeeze it and the build up brakes off in huge flakes, not to impressed. In both set-ups I'm running distilled deionized water and Zerex additive. I recon the additive is reacting with the tubing and removing the plasticizer and loosing its flexibility and getting this nasty buildup.
anyone had similar issues?

It could be some residue out of the rad, did you soak it/flush it in vinegar before adding to the loop?

no dye, rad and rest of system was flushed out with water thoroughly before it went together.

heres a photo of my clearflex tubing after I pinched it to remove the build up on the inside. funny thing is the clear perspex double floppy drive bay has no build up at all, and the coolant is clear as could be. just effects the tubing.
