cluster of little black dots

For years now at my old house and now this one I get a cluster of little black dot's - they could be anywhere either in or out - on outside window sills - car - anywhere or inside on windows - fridge -freezer or table tops again anywhere.

Now I always put them down to either my oil boiler or wood burner - I burnt some stuff on woodburner but not at this house but still get them - could it be soot from oil boiler - I don't know -

Now my neighbour over the road also get's them and he is convinced they are fly poo - no chance !!

Can anyone else comment on these black dot's

They are droppings, seriously, i think from flies or woodlouse. We get tons of woodlouse in our old stone house and loads of these little dots, an estate agent explained what they were to me ages ago and it was something like this.

So you are saying the woodlice climb up your windscreen and poo half dozen black spots in a 2"circle.

I have never seen a woodlice on my fridge - ants in early spring yes but only till ant powder goes down.

I am going to take a picture of next lot I see.
