The next thing I'm keen to change is the PSU as it's got a really annoying fan bearing/clicky noise when every thing is idling.

It's annoying isn't it, does yours do that all the time? I have the 430w version and it's intermittent.
Anyway, very tidy looking build! I agree about the 80mm fan as it doesn't seem to add much for the amount of noise it produces
