Hi not sure if this is the right place. I recently got this keyboard from OCUK

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-016-CM&groupid=702&catid=23&subcat=2107

from the webshop you think that the backlight will be red as this is what is displayed in the picture. On researching the product further on CM's site I saw that the light was actually white, which is actually what I wanted so I was quids in :D

However it might be an idea to update the picture or possibly include in the description of the product that the cherry brown flavour of this board is white back light. The current specs on the page for this product are:

Specification:-
- Keycaps: ABS, grip coated, removable
- Keycap Puller: Yes, ring-puller
- Backlighting: All keys, Red, 5 Levels, 3 Modes
- Interface: USB 2.0 full speed
- USB Cable: 1.8m, braided, gold plated, removable
- Weight: 544 g/1.2 lbs
- Dimensions: 377.5(L) x 138(W) x 33(H) mm

so if someone was actually after a red backlit board they might be a bit frustrated when a white one shows up.

I wouldn't say it was particularly noisy. You can certainly here the keys as they strike the base. It would probably be quite irritating for someone in the same room if they were watching TV if you were doing a lot of keying like if you were typing out a document and you have quite a high wpm count. For normally gaming like BF3 its not that bad in my opinion.

Comparing the noise to my previous dome keyboard I would say its noticeably louder, so it might not be what you are looking for.
