Hi!
I'm looking for big case :) and I cannot decide... Help :)
CM Stacker 810 or maybe 830 or Lian Li 2100+ (I love the look of this case)

I would like to install some simple watercooling kit inside the case (like Swiftech H20-220 Apex "Ultra") - looking at specs I can assume that installing this kit inside the case is possible with both stackers but not with lian li - am I correct? (There is a space for dual rad inside stackers but I cannot see anything like that inside Lian Li)

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Couple of design flaws I dislike about the LL. It's more expensive than the 810 also.

No reset button
Don't think you fit any fans on the top backside.
Heat from the HD's in the front of the case will flow over the second row.

However the 810 drive bays pass on the heat to the mobo, but at least flow of air over the HD's is direct (3 in 1 device) and included with two 12cm fans at the top back (810 not original version)

Oh if you want the Coolermaster stacker with the dual PSU mounting make sure you original 101 stacker, not the newer 810. OC have the older one and the new 810 is quite hard to find (other pc retailers have the older one but not in black or blue which looks much nicer!)

Plus the thing looks ugly as hell, it has a poor layout and a horrible door, all yours for £211! no thanks

Get the Silverstone Temjin TJ07, better than the CM and the Lian LI.

You're probably right - thanks for the answer. CM Stacker is first on my list - I like it - but I'm trying to find a perfect solution :) I need a case which will stay with me for at least couple of years :)

So - Lian Li - strange internal design, problems with mobos with heatpipes (like asus), possible cooling problems?

CM Stackers - well build and I can install watercooling kit inside without cutting anything (can I???)

Silverstone - I didnt think about it. TJ07 - looks fantastic :) There is a dual 12mm fan on top - can I replace this with dual rad from the Swiftech kit?

So I can narrow my search to
CM Stackers - original, 810, 830
Temjin TJ07

Looks like CM is best pricewise - but still - would like to see more opinions :)
Thanks!

Reset button is not a flaw, they are hardly ever needed, never really.

Can easily be emulated by the power button.

Hard drives, the temperature does not matter greatly, people have to big a obsession with temperature.

A rotary fan can be on the top of the case, which is supplied.

Also it is one of the best built cases around.

I setup my v1100 yesterday and i love it - the build quility is second to none and the space inside the case is great for airflow - even once i had all my cables in and connected there was still ample :)
glad i bought a modular psu now - enermax liberty 500w
Next thing for me will to get some w/c in there later in the year - along with a 939 setup of sorts :p

Either way would be ok, but the v2000's should be able to fit that insternally, or you could do a bit of dremeling and make it fit at the top.

Cash Money - I hope that you are right :) I dont want to cut precious case :))
There is ongoing discussion in other forum about double rad and TJ07 and it looks like you can fit double rad at the bottom of TJ07 - behind HDD cages

But I'm still waiting till somebody confirm this info.

Thanks for the answers!

Now that would be sweet if a rad would fit there.

Please dont even contemplate cutting that case, ill find out where you live if you do :p

Ok - last question :) There is no front fan in TJ07 - could this affect temps inside a case? My understanding is that with watercooling it should not make any difference. Am I correct?

I think you will find the side fans will bring in enough cool air with the rear and top pulling the hot out, personally i think the airflow in the TJ07 will be better than the V2000. So another reason to choose this case bud.

Looks a winner :)
