Is there is a fan on the power supply, should the fan be facing down up up?

I notice there is mesh on the bottom of the case.

Removed the 3.5" bay completely to make way for the removable caddies, didn't see any metal bits behind the 4in1, my cablings a mess anyway so that will impede the airflow more if anything.

Finished article, only finished at 4:45 so aint had chance to power up!
