CM Storm Sniper owners - Can side panel dust filter be easily removed for cleaning?

Hell Storm Sniper owners -

Can you tell me if the dust filter on the side panel is easily removable for cleaning? I think this could be the case for me (after thinking the antec 1200, 902, CM scout, daddy HAF and baby HAF were all for me)!

i bought the side window for it, not used the mesh, it should be ok, but maybe a pain to put back in.

Do ocuk sell the side window? I couldn't see it here or anywhere to be honest.
