Can you tell me for if the rotatable HD cages can be orientated so the fans could be next to the graphics cards rather than on the front of the case?

Asked that question many times recently and never got a definative answer.


Also I need to know whether you can use any of the many front bays as optical drive /bay reservoir or just the top 4.
