Hey i bought my awesome pc form you guys a year ago and love it but i have an issue. i forgot my headset was plugged into my tower front panel stood up and snap my mic broken inside no worry i have a spare but the actual socket on the tower is broken inside and wont work i was wondering is it possible to get repairs if so how much and what do i need?
any help would be awesome thanks guys.

Is the end of the mic still stuck inside of the jack?

1) If so you could use a toothpick with the end filed flat
2) add a tiny tiny drop of superglue to the end and insert into the jack.
3) Ensure the glue has only set on the end of the mic part and remove.

If you have already removed the piece stuck inside and the jack still isn't working you could model likely buy the front I/O module as a spare part.

This is the US store, but I am sure if you contact CM you will be able to get one. http://www.cmstore-usa.com/trooper-i-o-panel-oem-package/
