01/02 was released as freeware by Sports Interactive, but don't think any other versions were. So I don't think forum rules let us talk about how easy they are to find and download, but we can recommend buying the disc version from eBay.
 
A quick Google found it online where you can play all the best dos games, I don’t think suggesting using Google breaks any rules
