Cmax Titanium - Cruise control standard or an option?

Slightly confused about the availability of cruise control on the Cmax. Ford's literature and website seem to indicate that on the titanium spec, cruise control is standard.

However, today I went to look at three different Titanium specced cars, (one 10 months old, another 20 months and a third registered back in July 07) and none of them had cruise control. It doesn't bother me much, but I'm confused by the apparent complete contradiction between what Ford say and what reality seems to be.

Anyone got any ideas?

Ford change their specs all the time, so whilst new cars may have cruise at a given spec older ones may not. Cruise control is also sometimes depends on the engine fitted rather than just the trim level.
