Hi there,

I read in the Sticky that changing the command rate can very significantly improve performance. The equipment i have is:

Q6600 g0
Abit IP35 Pro
4x1 Gskill 44412
Corsair 620w

I have disabled C1E and EIST.
Changed the ratio to 1:1
Currently i am @ 350 x 8 = 2.8ghz

on the next reboot im going to set tCL - CAS to 4 as my memory can support this. However I am wondering if I can safely change my command rate from its current 2T to 1T. Thanks in advance and any help is really appreciated :D

Having T1 or T2 has very little performance gain on a C2D platform. T1 is nice, but not important. You wouldnt know the difference in real world apps.

1T wont work with 4 sticks as far as i know anyway. and as said with C2D it wont make a noticble difference.. or thats what i've heard anyway
