I have changed the CMOS battery and checked if the BIOS reset's to defaults after the PC has no power and it still does. I've went through most of the BIOS settings and haven't found anything...
The jumper switch is on 1+2pins, I've performed a clear CMOS following the process and after that updated the BIOS to 3603 which is the latest. I've a new CMOS battery and it still resets my BIOS settings to default... after a powercut
I changed my CPU to i5 3570K so only just remembered, when I was searching the forums and I saw my thread. haha
