Read through the CMOY threads but none of them answer my question.

Would I hear any benefit using a CMOY with an Xfi ExtremeGamer and Senn 555's? not that my setup doesn't sound superb already.

All I can see is they are only good with portable music players that dont produce enough volume, but my Xfi makes my ears bleed at 50% volume.

So is it worth getting CMOY as a nice little audio upgrade? or not worth it for computer use?

I'll have a look at head-fi and see what they say and in the meantime enjoy my current setup as is (which I already do) :)
 
moon man that is very nice but too expensive for me to justify it as a nice little pc audio upgrade if all it does is increase volume. What is it like hooked up to your pc, can you hear a nice difference?

however saying that I really like the look of this amp on fleabay. it's the top result if you search for 'portable headphone amplifier - CMoy'
