I need some advice.
I'm a intermediate designer ad I've been making basic html/css website for a few years now.
My dads asked me to design a site for him and hes mentioned he wants the following facilities :
Thats pretty much the jist of it. I know my stuff when it comes to design work and simple coding but I really don't know much about the above.
The only CMS systems I'm familiar with are Joomla & Mambo.
Are the above recommended and can they handle all of the above mentioned tasks?

- User Logins
- Monthly newsletters to be sent to all registered users
- A database to add different types of stock
- A shopping cart so users can purchase the above mentioned stock
- Online application forms
