As you guys prob know I am learning HTML and CSS its going ok ...

But my question today is that someone was telling me about CMS...content management systems and how they are required for every dynamic site...

Is this true?

Free software like PHPnuke etc etc

As I havent a clue I just wanted to find out how right/wrong they are?

Please advise comments
