After looking in the cpanel of my webhost i found all kinds of things i can install. And have oftern kept away from installing things but i think it may be time to move to the future as it were.
Can some one exoplane to me why id use a CMS
I got choices of Joomla, mambo,phpwebsite,siteframe ect

Would any of these been needed for this site http://www.tincanart.co.uk
and using the above tools could i make that site look as it is?

Joomla is pretty good. You can make your own themes so in theory you could make it look like the current site. But you could probably make it look better

Joomla is brilliant. Very configurable and there's a million and one templates all over the web ready to install. Take the time to read the excellent documentation though.
