The lever is designed to activate 2 magura HS33 systems simultaneously off one lever. I know ya gonna ask why but a mate has only the one hand and has some strap thing so he can ride. AKA 1handedLuke is his name.

I'm trying to find a place that can CNC it alloy for me. I can't ask the guys at Hope as they are busy with some other things.

Somewhere local to Brstol be good but not had much luck but though i'd ask here

There must be loads of small engineering companies around Bristol that could do that for you?

I have a friend that works for a die cast/cnc shop in Gloucester, I could ask him for a recommendation if that isn't too far away from you.

Is this the complete assembly from scratch or is this a modification to an existing lever?

I use a company in Hertfordshire for CNC work who seem to be very reasonably priced to me.

Are there any brass bushings in that lever, some of the wall thicknesses seem thin to me from the drawing.

Totaly new to be made from a block. Yeah be some inserts on the pivots of the leaver which a mate has made already.

eMail the drawing to me (in dxf format if you can) and I will pass it on so my mate can see what it would cost etc. and then see how we can move it forward from there.

Yep, fine.

My mate actually programs the cnc machines and does 3d modelling of the die cast moulds etc., it's all good stuff. :)
