Ive got a new motherboard recently and it works fine, but one thing that I noticed is that the CPU fan revs up to the max during windows startup.
My CPU is overclocked to 3.8ghz, with Titan Fenrir Evo.
Cool n Quiet was on Auto in the BIOS, to reduce the noise a bit i've turned it on, but it doesn't seem to be working, as in CPU-Z im still seeing CPU settings as if Cool n Quiet was off, and the CPU Cooler fan is still revved up.
Any suggestions ?
