Rainbow Six Vegas, is pretty decent, but a let down compared to the singleplayer.

Splinter cell: Chaos Theory, is very good. Unique co-op moves, which are required to move around. A lot of teamwork needed for taking out guards, hacking doors etc. which IMO makes a good co-op game.

I liked vegas. Certainly wasn't what I was expecting (very different style of play to the others) but it made for a great co-op game.
