1 Relentless = .5 Litre (500ml can)
1 Relentless juiced .5 Litre (500Ml can)
2 Red Rooster = .5 Litre (250ml cans)

look at my previous posts at my desk friday! all that has gone bar 3 Monster cans!
 
Cocaine can be cut with anything.
Good thinking. We could cut it with caffeine and sell it to this guy ;)
The issue there is that you do not know what you are taking.
It was a joke. There are many issues with it even if you do know what you're taking. But people are extremely unlikely to cut cocaine with any more dangerous than baby laxative.

Seriously why not just use proplus/kockoff, and if you really need the sugar one of those huge cartons of pure glucose powder.

Would be cheaper and more effective :/
 
ah yes my Kingsmill Toastie...nice and fresh, to mop up gravy/beans/peas/etc with my tea (supper/dinner in other parts of uk)
 
Is that a real product? is there any fake pro plus about, as I use a fair amount at work for driving home at ungodly hours.

no knock off just means any other cheaper caffeine tablets :p

there are a few, just have a gander round a large tesco or go to some health food style place.

Some student oriented shops sell em too.

Tbh this thread is laughable. Who boasts about seriously buggering up their long term health? You would be better off having a well balanced diet and exercising regularly, you will then feel more alert and generally better with your self anyway.
 
Stop drugging your self with caffeine while you can, i had a small routine and now my adrenal glands have 'burnt out' as the doc put it. you will soon feel drowsy all the time and caffeine will give you adverse effects, not to mension the immense troubles i had in A-level exams, thankfully the doctors note excused me from not so good grades to suffice for Uni entry. but good bye scholarship. ( or whatever it was called)


i had troubles keeping my eyes open. sleeping gets harder by the day etc etc
 
Just buy some caffiene pills:confused: www.myprotein.co.uk. It gets to the point where any potential benifit of taking caffiene is negated through overeuse because of receptor down regulation. Basically you should cycle your caffien intake 3 weeks on 1 week off. I can take a 1g of caffiene and pretty much have no side effects, whereas another person will be a complete mess on that much caffeine.

Adrenal fatigue is relatively easy to sort out once you know you've got it though. Check out adaptogenic herbs such as siberian ginsing and ashwagandha and passion flower, sounds like hippy mumbo jumbo but there is a lot of science behind these plants to back it up.
