Cod 3 for PC

Okay so I LOVED Cod3 for xbox 360, however, i'm getting a new graphics card etc and i am wondering, is there any PC games out there thats VERY similar to cod3??

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will be coming out on the PC. Probably towards the end of the year.

Seen that, however, its made by the same people who did COD2 and i hated that game - i have it on the PC you see. I just hope its more like COD3

I thought the 360 version of COD2 wasnt too bad however, COD2 on the PC just doesnt appeal to me. I dont know if this is because i had completed COD2 on the 360 and then sold it to get COD3. But yeah :S

CoD2 is alright?!

If you don't want to wait for CoD4 then go paintballing. Far more fun.

What that man said. Anyway, I always found the PC CoD games far better. But before we start a console war, there isn't much in that line at the moment. Apparently the most recent Medal of Honour game wasn't that good, but airbourne is coming soon, which looks promising. If it teamplay your looking for, try Battlefield 2142.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there isn't a game very similar to CoD at all, in terms of gameplay.

CoD2 was great on 360 and PC, CoD3 was just an epic fail.

Infinity Ward are the folks who started the CoD franchise. Generally speaking, they put out a higher quality of product than the folks who made CoD3.

I thought Cod 3 was awful, Treyarch developed Cod 3 simply because Infinity Ward were busy working on Cod 4.

I'd agree except CoD3 wasn't a successor to CoD2, it was a different production entirely, just adjoining the CoD bandwagon.

CoD was outdone by CoD:UO

CoD:UO was outdone by CoD2 (after much getting used to not being able to sprint or "cook" nades

Unfortunately CoD2 is the latest in the infinity ward series, and hence is still the best game!
