COD 4 Key code problem

Since switching to v1.5 whenever i try to get on a MP server i nearly always get "Awaiting Key code authorisation" message then a disconnect after 10 seconds, this happened occasionally with 1.4 after a connection interruption but was usualy easily solved by a router reset which isn't the case now, any suggestions?

I've updated PB and that makes no difference, ill try extending the connection time and see if that works...

Ok extending connection time doesnt work either, the only way around it is to choose the start new server option and wait till verification message comes up which is a real hassle to do every time
