COD 4 or CSS "Online gaming"

chaps i have not played a game since early 2007 when i ws BF2 nut. so

I have a few days chilling before my holiday so was curious to whats the best game on online.

I use to play CSS aswell as BF2 and loved them but whats best now?

is COD4 online good or CSS still no.1?

ill be buying from steam online so i can get instantly

looking at it there is twice as much players with call of duty 4 so more noobs for me to compete with

Its crazy that these games are so thought after yet there isnt many more other like them

COD4 is my descision "I can then play offline also"
