cod 4 sm3??

Hey all, a mate of mine is having trouble running cod 4. he has a radeon x800xt,
which i dont think supports shader model 3. Does cod 4 require sm3 to run??

a friend runs it on a x800xt so yeh should be fine!

Tell him to put this command into the console and the game will default to Shader Model 2

seta r_RendererPreference 0
