Not as far as I’m aware. I was unable to redeem a code for someone else as I had already done my own. There might be a work around but I’m not aware of it.

The way we were able to do it was..

You log into that persons battlenet and their geforce experience using the GPU you have, then redeem that other code. When you've done that log out and they can log back in as normal

so you were able to redeem two on one machine?
