Hello all,

Have a little question to ask you guys. When i try and run COD Ghosts on my Computer, The screen goes black and my computer Crashes.

Things i have done.

I have checked another games in full screen on Steam- Works fine.

Anything idea guys?

this is a longshot.............

how many RAM modules have you got installed in your motherboard ? I had a similar problem with BF4 and it turned out that having all 4 ram slots filled was the issue. Strange though as all other games were ok. I ran memtest on all the RAM and they were fine. I even tried jacking up the voltages for the RAM and for the Northbridge but my mobo just didn't like being filled with RAM :(

This game is still unstable you need at least 4-6Gb Free unused Ram AND a GPU with 3GB VRam & then it still does not always load levels its poorly written software very hit or miss loading wise.

How much free Ram & what GPU do you have as forget the developer limits the actual game needs a 64 bit OS with 6GB free Ram & 3Gb Vram at the minimum IME!!

Sorry for replying late!! I have 8GB of RAM and a 560TI Card (1GB)
Not sure a 1GB 560 Ti is enough you really need something with 2GB Vram or higher & thats just for 1920x1080 anything higher needs more Vram this game is poorly ported to PC.

Try playing @ 1280x720 with no AA enabled see if that makes a difference or not. If yes it confirms you need a better spec GPU for high resolutions.

AA uses GPU memory up a lot so using no AA will help a bit.

But i used to be able to run it without a problem, but the problem happened when i reinstall it. but i have already done a reinstall.
