I found on steam trades there are a few people selling/trading COD Ghosts for TF2 keys. Just got my pre order for 16tf2 keys. Worked out around £25 instead of the retail £40!
I would only trade for gifts though, not steam keys for security reasons. Never know whoever it is may just run off with your tf2 keys.
