Coming soon says its available now but rumours are only for PlayStation 4 as Sony paid for exclusive rights apparently so hopefully PC is soon!

Should add this is rumoured as SP only apparently all the MP & co-op stuff was removed so no co-op which was one of the best features of the original! Adding that the spec ops co-op missions are rumoured to be included in the latest COD Modern Warfare 2019 title to drive sales on that so you need to own that to play those !

Some of this remaster looks really good :D :eek: on PS4 PC will look way better! Why on earth they are taking so long to allow people to buy it or even put out a press release is silly as so many people around in the daytime would love to play this right now ;)

Takes a lot longer if you get all the higher level rewards & the 3 Stars in the Spec-Ops modes (which will be exclusive to the COD MW 2019 full game). But yeah its a lot of money considering the SP was finished about 2 years ago & sat on the shelf waiting for Activision to decide when to release. Look at it this way if you could go to the cinema that would cost more than £25 for 3 movies ;)

Some of the Spec-Op maps are being added to the COD MW 2019 full game so if you own that then when they add the Spec-Ops maps from this you can play on that for free. I can see the logic to it as 2019 is much newer game engine but wish they just added the lot to this remaster!
 
Played through most of it already. Actually looks pretty good in places. Using almost but not quite 2020 level shader FX for lighting, reflections & explosions. The game sat on a shelf for almost 2 years as it was ready in 2018 but Activision waited until they decided to release it until now.

Shame no Spec Ops only vague promises they are making a few of the most popular maps into COD MW 2019 additions if you also own that but at least the SP campaign is pretty intact & still offers a lot of fun for the few hours it lasts!
